WARRANTY — 20 DAYS
Functional-access failures are covered for 20 days from the purchase time. Support will investigate and replace the account if the covered issue cannot be resolved. For the VPN option, an account that works through the required regional VPN is considered functional and is not replaced for that reason.
DELIVERY & SUPPORT

Delivery and support are handled in server tickets, never in DMs. For a warranty claim, include a screenshot or video of the issue within the stated coverage period. Replacement is the first solution; a refund is considered only if replacement is impossible.
